Obituary of Alex Bengie Medina

Alex Bengie Medina, 61, passed away October 12, 2023, at his home in Greeley.  

Bengie was born on February 06, 1962, to Alex Garcia and Louisa (Gallegos) Medina in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The family later moved to Colorado where Bengie grew up in the Greeley area and lived all his life.

Bengie worked for Fisher Landscaping for many years. When he wasn’t working Bengie would wash and shine his car every day, rain, or shine and listen to music. Bengie would always be dressed to impress. Bengie had ten beautiful grandchildren which he thought the world of.

Bengie is survived by his children; Melissa (Miguel) Vargas of Lufkin, Texas, Desaraie Espinoza Lopes of Wahneta, Florida, Marrisa Medina, Lisa Medina, and Deidra Medina all of Batesville, Arkansas; siblings Mary Herrera, Bina Lopez, Pauline Rodriguez, Nobor Medina, Robert Medina, Dora Medina, and a large loving family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Michael Medina, Geronimo Medina, Joe Medina, Elouise Rodriguez, Grace Gonzales, Toby Medina, and John Medina

A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00pm on Friday October 20, 2023, at Northern Colorado Crematory, 700 8^th Street, Greeley, Co 80631
