Obituary of Kenneth Ray Hutchison

On July 21, 2023, Kenneth Hutchison passed away quietly at Greeley Life Care Center. He had just turned 76 years old. 

Ken was born to Dorothy and William Hutchison in Denver, Colorado in 1947. He grew up in Denver and met his lifelong sweetheart Sheila Willmon in high school and later married her in 1967. 

He spent most of his life owning businesses such as roofing or service stations. He loved the mountains and moved to Gypsum in 1995. There he enjoyed his time with his wife, his neighbors, and his dogs. 

Ken is survived by his daughter, Dolores Stevens; son, William (Bill) Hutchison; grandchildren Chantelle and Jake; great-grandchildren, Gage and Josie. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and one grandchild. 

A graveside funeral will be held on July 29th at Chapel Hill Cemetery at 6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121 at 10:00 AM. We will be lining up cars on the left side of the building and proceed down to the site at 9:45.  A Celebration of Life will follow at The View House at 11:30 AM. 7101 S Clinton St, Centennial, CO 80112
