Roy Irvin Hawkins

Roy I Hawkins, 87, of Greeley, CO, formerly of Pierce, CO passed away on Thursday, June 8^th, at North Colorado Medical Center surrounded by his family. Roy was born on July 10^th, 1935, to his parents Irvine and Elva Hawkins.

He married his high school sweetheart, Ruth Winick, on September 11^th, 1955, in Fort Collins, CO. This coming anniversary, they would have been married 68 years.

Roy is survived by his wife, Ruth Hawkins; sons, Rod (Diana) Hawkins, Wayne (Michelle) Hawkins; grandchildren, Jered Hawkins, Audra (Erik) Tweedy, Matt (Audrey) Hawkins, and Landon (Courtney) Hawkins; great grandchildren, Ethan Hawkins, Miley Hawkins, Mckenna Tweedy, Blake Hawkins, and Makayla Hawkins; brother, Virgil (Marla) Hawkins; sisters-in-law, Beverly (Wray) Lewis, Shirley Hawkins.

Roy is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Orville Hawkins.

Contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church of Eaton, Colorado.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held, June 27^th, 2023, at 10:00am located at First Baptist Church of Eaton.
