Terry Lee Tinsley
Born 8 -20-1942 to Jim and Lillian Tinsley
Went to school in Eads and Cheyenne Wells, married in 1961, was father to Dawn (Blake), Wendy (Ken), and Devin (Cheryl) 11 grand and 16 Great Grandchildren.
And was a buddy and friend to Joyce’s 3 children: Jamey (Beth) [Matt, Nate, and Mandy and 9 grandchildren], Kristine (Jim) [James], Debborah [Amanda, Samantha]
Three sisters; Becky, Nita, and Tammy
Preceded in death by his parents and sister Linda
His life’s work kept him on the go and with people
He delivered milk in the Cheyenne Wells area for years until he decided he wanted to be a State Petrolman and they moved to Ft Lupton.
Then life took him back to delivering milk in the Greeley area.
A divorce happens and he started delivering Little Debbies
A new life took over, he bought a Mission route which we still have for 30 years and now Devin is running. He needed a knee replacement, so we moved back to Nunn for that surgery.
While semi-retired he got elected to a trustee on the Nunn Town board and then elected to be the mayor for 4 years. He cared for the little town and gave it his all.
Cancer took over in 2019
And he finally made it to the” End of the Trail” on May 17th, 2023
One hell of a warrior.
I miss my many years with my buddy, friend, and lover, a lot.
Time goes by to fast so enjoy every day God gives you.
RIP,
Miss you, Joyce
