Obituary of Brad L. Burton

Brad, age 68, died March 31, at his home in Milliken, Co following a long battle with several health issues. His wife Jackie, was at his bedside.

Brad grew up in Littleton, Co attending public schools. He served in the U.S. Navy and Reserves from 1972-1978. He returned to Littleton after active duty and found his “dream job” at Broadway Bowl, where he worked and played for nearly two decades, eventually joining the PBA.

In 2000 Brad joined Jackie in Milliken, Co.. Two years later they were blessed with the birth of Spencer, Brad’s pride and joy (and the resulting end of his PBA career!).

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Nancy (Burt) Burton and is survived by his wife Jackie, son Spencer, step-son Chris Lowen,  sisters Martha Stebbins and Phyllis Burton, brother John (Becky) Taylor, BFF Jon Chenault, In-Laws Nancy and Bill Hyde and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Brad was cremated and his ashes were returned to his Family. There were no Services – as per his request.
