Harley David Wilkinson, 69, of Evans passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023, in his home, surrounded by his family.  He was born July 22, 1953, to Paul and Rosalie (White) Wilkinson in Greeley, CO.  He is survived by his wife Suzanne Rogers-Wilkisnon of 30 years. his daughter; Jackie (Jesse) Cruz of Greeley, daughter; Chelsea (Matt) Alles of Windsor, son; Jason Wilkinson of Greeley, stepdaughter; Tiffany Rogers of Greeley, Grandchildren; Hope and Jacob Cruz, Isabelle Alles, and Monroe Rogers. He is also survived by his siblings; Alan Wilkinson, Dianna (Garry) Normand and Janis (Ted) Baca. Harley was preceded in death by his parents.

In December 1972 he married his first wife Marla Wagner and they had a daughter, Jackie.  On October 2, 1982, he married his second wife Deb Vaughan and they had two children: daughter Chelsea and son Jason.  On December 23, 1992, he married Suzanne Rogers and he became a stepfather to daughter Tiffany. 

 He grew up and attended school in Greeley. Throughout Harley’s life, he had a love for fast cars, motorcycles, fishing, playing pool and being a musician. One of Harley’s first hot rods was his Dodge Charger that he loved.  In 1978 he purchased his first brand new Harley Davidson Sportster and took his first road trip to Florida.  Harley worked as a carpet/tile installer for most of his life before becoming an over the road truck driver in his later years. Harley was a very talented musician playing lead guitar, bass, and harmonica.  He was known for his love of country music and playing in several bands with his dad Paul and uncle Bud and later his friends all over the Greeley/Kersey area.  He was a member of the Greeley/Evans Moose Lodge and was on the Ritual Team.  He also traveled to play pool competitively across the United States. He was an amazing cook and he enjoyed creating new recipes to try on family and friends.  One of his favorite pastimes though was fishing.  He loved the peace and quiet it brought, he shared that love with his children and his favorite place was on the shore of a lake with his family.  

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 10, 2023, with a reception to follow at the Greeley/Evans Moose Lodge 909, 3456 11th Ave, Evans.
