Obituary of Charles Jon Martin

Charles (Chuck) Jon Martin, 80, of Greeley, Colorado passed away peacefully in his home inGreeley, Colorado on September 30, 2022. Chuck was born in Storm Lake, Iowa on March 15,1942 to Agnes and Arthur Martin. He attended Schaller High School and Briar Cliff College. Chuck had two daughters, Courtney (Scott) Wegscheid, and Hillary Martin with his first wife Gwen Andresen. He later married the love of his life Marsha Hastings, and gained a daughter Holly (CJ) Schanwolf. He worked as an Accountant and enjoyed sports, mainly golf, and loved his Iowa Hawkeyes and Colorado Rockies. He also volunteered his time generously. Chuck was also a proud member of the Moose Lodge 909. Chuck is survived by his spouse Marsha, daughters Courtney (Scott) Wegscheid, Hillary Martin, and Holly (CJ) Schanwolf, grandchildren Jaelynn Melville, Madisyn Jordan, Jaicee Jordan, Landon Wegscheid, and Ivy Shanwolf, and his sister Joan Martin. He was predeceased by his parents Agnes and Athur Martin, brothers Lloyd (Frosty) Martin and Lyle (Abe) Martin and sisters Bernice Bell, Dorothy Bennett, Edith Crutchfield, and Marguerite Anderson, and former spouse Gwen Andresen.
