James is survived by : His sister Carole Weishahn nieces Meg and Amelia Weishahn and his dog Riley.
He is preceded in death by: His father Byron Duncan McKee Jr., his mother Joyce Irene McKee and his brother Byron Duncan McKee III.
James loved to cook, fish, make music and spend time with his dog Riley. James loved Christmas and was always the life of the family celebration. He told the best stories and loved to make people laugh. Uncle Howdy will be greatly missed.
