Obituary of Marty Valencia

Marty Valencia, 59, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2022, in Greeley.

Marty was born in Greeley, to Richard Valencia & Dominga (Archuleta) Castellanos on March 4, 1963.

Marty was a gentle giant with a kind & warm heart.  He was known to always be willing to help anyone with anything, even if it came to great personal sacrifice.  Marty loved spending time in the mountains, fishing, and playing (Often winning!!) scratch-off lottery.  He was also a dedicated Broncos fan, never missing a single game.

Marty is survived by his mother, Dominga Castellanos; children, Michael (Mandie) Martinez, and Mya Marie Weston; grandchildren, Sophie & Scarlett Martinez; siblings, Lori (Isreal), Daniel (Crystal), Bryan (Jessica), Troy (Nikki), and Richard Valencia, and Monalisa Camarena; and a large loving extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A Celebration of Life will be at 10:30am-1:00pm on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Grace Community Church, at 2033 W South 1st St, Johnstown, CO 80534.
