Obituary of Jean Frisbie

 

Jean Frisbie went home to be with God on the late morning of June 10, 2022.

 

Jean was born on May 22,1934 to mother Beulah and father Tillous Hunt in Picher, Oklahoma. She married her husband Kenneth Frisbie in 1953 and had two children, Ken and Kimberly.

 

Jean enjoyed her career as an executive secretary, and had many interests and hobbies.

She was an accomplished pianist and a long-time member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church. Knitting was her favorite hobby, and she took great joy in knitting baptismal blankets and prayer shawls for members of the community. Never forgetting to say a prayer over each stitch she made. She will be remembered best as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

 

Jean is survived by her two children, Ken(Angie) Frisbie and Kimberly(David) Wason; grandchildren, Melissa, Brittany, Kendal, Caleb, Trinity and one great grandchild, Elizabeth..

 

Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; parents, Tillous and Beulah; her brother, Richard and her sister, June.
