Obituary of John Arthur Smith

John Smith, 73, of Aurora, Colorado, joined his loving wife in heaven, on March 23, 2022 from Evans, Colorado.

 

John was born in Denver, Colorado to Clyde & Grace (Hollander) Smith on January 19, 1949.  On July 3, 1980, in Englewood, Colorado, John married the love of his life, Kathy (Ramirez) Smith.

 

John is survived by his children, Destiny (Jeffrey), Nicholas (Rebecca), and Shane Smith; grandchildren, Laticiana Camacho, Nevaeh, Ariahna, and Gracie VanVelkinburgh, Leslie Sanders, Jadyn, Caitlyn, Hailey, and Logan Smith; great-grandchild, Riley Sanders; sister, Kyla Smith; and a large loving extended family.

 

He was preceded in death by his amazing wife; grandsons, Angel VanVelkinburgh, and Nicholas Smith.

 

A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
