Obituary of Phillip Hernandez

Phillip Hernandez., 59, of Greeley, passed away on Monday March 21st, 2022.

Phillip was born in Greeley, Colorado to Felipe and Mary on January 22, 1963.

Phillip and his older sister Kathy spent their first years together here in Greeley.  Much of that time was also with their paternal grandmother.  After finishing school, he moved to Northern California in the late 1980’s and started working in the commercial printing industry.

Phillip met Steven (Smith) in October 1997, and they were married in California eleven years later.

 In 2021, Phillip retired and returned to Colorado settling back in the town of Greeley.

Phillip is survived by his sister Kathy and and her husband Francisco Rodriguez of Greeley, Steven Smith of Cuzzart, WV, his mother Mary Campos and brother Joseph and Corinne Salazar of Patterson, CA., also another sister Margaret Meadows of Greeley and a large loving extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father Felipe Hernandez and an infant sibling Suzie.

A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 25^th, 2022 at Northern Colorado Crematory Chapel.
