Joyce was born in Denver Colorado to Ceorale and Alice Irene on March 11,1936.
Joyce is survived by her son James McKee, daughter Carole Weishahn, grand children and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Byron Duncan McKee Jr. and son Byron Duncan McKee III.
