Obituary of Benito Griego

Benito Griego., 79, of Greeley passed away on January 22,2022. 

 

 

 

Benito was born in Alamosa, Colorado to Alfonso and Selani on March 18,1942. Benito moved to Greeley in 1968 and married the love of his life Josephine in September of 1963.

 

 

 

Benito received his electrical license in 1990 and was a Senior Electrician Foreman with Rocky Flats Inc.

 

 

 

He worked hard all his life and retired, only to find himself busier than ever.

 

 

 

Benito is survived by his wife, children Bruce, Ann Romero, Thomas and Fredrick, siblings; Paul and Flora Griego, Jerry and Mary Griego, Nancy and Bob Lewis and Jenny Martinez; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and a large loving extended family. 

 

 

 

He was preceded by death by his parents; sons, Guy Matthew and Anthony Alfonso Griego and his brother John Griego.
