Obituary of Jeffrey Howard Vickery

Jeffrey “Jeff” Howard Vickery died at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at the age of 45.

He is survived by his wife, Charise (Gettman) Vickery of Longmont, CO; children Darrel Vickery and Emily Vickery also of Longmont, CO. He is preceded in death by his mother, Kelley Sue Connor of Longmont, CO. He was born on August 11th, 1978, in Denver, CO. He married Charise in 2005. They settled in Longmont, CO, and soon had their hands full when their twins were born. Jeff worked for Front Range Community College in both the IT department and with Disability Support Services. Jeff was a loving, sincere, quiet man. He loved to play games and teach his children about his various interests including technology, cooking, and baking as well as woodworking.

A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, March 9th, 2024 @ 1 pm at St. John’s United Church of Christ, 3815 W 20th St., Greeley, CO, 80634. All are welcome to attend.
